With a reduced number of meetings scheduled for 2026, maintaining consistent cash flow is critical to the continued operation and stability of the formula.

As a result, we are tightening and enforcing our invoicing procedures moving forward.

Outstanding Invoices

Any outstanding invoices, these must be cleared within the stated payment terms.

Failure to do so may result in:

  • Suspension of bookings, entries, or services

  • Refusal of licence issue or renewal

  • Ineligibility to race or participate at meetings

  • Cash on collection of parts.

This will be applied consistently going forward.
