HOW TO START RACING
Simple steps to get you on track
STEP 1. CHOOSE YOUR ROUTE:
Buy your own Stoxkart or hire one to get started.
STEP 2. APPLY FOR YOUR LICENCE:
Complete your licence application before your first meeting. A Day Licence is available for 1 meeting.
STEP 3. BOOK-IN FOR A MEETING:
Check the fixture list, choose a meeting and complete the booking application and get ready to race.
STEP 4. TURN UP AND RACE:
Everything is explained on the day, with support available to help you get started.


WHAT DOES IT COST?
Stoxkarts is designed to keep costs predictable and affordable.
Initial costs:
• Kart
• Safety equipment
• Transport
• Race licence
Ongoing costs:
• Entry fees
• Fuel
• Travel
• Damage / spares
Most drivers race for around £100 - £150 per meeting (excluding travel).
Hire a Stoxkart if you want to try before you buy.

This season sees 20 meetings across 5 venues.

HOW THE RACING WORKS
Each meeting follows a simple, structured format designed for close, competitive racing.
Practice
Practice is available at some meetings.

Heats
A minimum of 2 heats
Juniors minimum 8 laps
Seniors minimum 10 laps
Feature Final
Feature Final Race
Juniors Minimum 10 laps
Seniors Minimum 12 laps
Juniors and Seniors race in separate classes at the same meetings.
Grading systems and ballast are used to keep racing close across the field.
