REPORTING A CONCERN
If you have a concern relating to safeguarding, welfare, conduct or safety within Stoxkarts, it should be reported.
Concerns can be raised in confidence and will be taken seriously.

How to Report
✓ Speak to a Stoxkarts official at a meeting
✓ Contact a senior Stoxkarts official directly
✓ Report the concern in writing where appropriate

Confidentiality
All concerns will be handled sensitively and, where possible, treated in confidence. Information will only be shared with those who need to know, or with relevant authorities where necessary or required.
