Responsible for the overall running of the meeting, race control decisions and track operations. -

Oversee racing conduct, incidents and ensure rules are applied consistently. -

Manage on-track safety, incident response and recovery during races. -

The same structure and procedures are applied at every event to maintain fairness and control.

Controlled rulebook access
The Stoxkarts Rulebook is issued to registered drivers and forms the basis of all racing and technical regulations. -
Official documents and forms
Key documents, including declarations and safety information, are provided through the drivers area. -
Updates and revisions
Any changes or updates are communicated to drivers and must be followed at all times.

Personal and contact details are held for licensing, communication and event administration. -
