Governance & Standards

Clerk of the Course
Responsible for the immediate management and smooth running of on-track racing, including the conduct, safety and control of racing on the track.
Stewards
Oversee racing conduct, incidents and ensure rules are applied consistently.
Safety personnel
Manage on-track safety, incident response and recovery during races.
Consistent standards across meetings
The same structure and procedures are applied at every event to maintain fairness and control.

Published Rulebook
The current Stoxkarts Rulebook sets out the racing, technical, safety and conduct regulations governing the formula.
Official documents and forms
Key documents, including declarations and safety information, are provided through the drivers area.
Updates and revisions
Any changes or updates are communicated to drivers and must be followed at all times.

Data & Privacy

Driver information and records
Personal and contact details are held for licensing, communication and event administration.
Secure handling of data
Information is stored and managed in line with UK GDPR requirements.
Use of information
