Safeguarding & Welfare
Stoxkarts Ltd is committed to safeguarding the welfare of all participants, particularly junior competitors.
If you have a concern relating to:

the welfare or safety of a junior competitor

the behaviour or conduct of any participant or official

any situation that causes concern
You should report this as soon as reasonably possible.
Concerns should be raised with the Stoxkarts Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) or a senior official using the contact details provided by Stoxkarts Ltd.
In an emergency or where there is an immediate risk of harm, contact the emergency services without delay.
Governance & Accountability
Stoxkarts Ltd maintains control of the official Rulebook, technical regulations, licensing requirements, safety and welfare policies, and compliance documentation.
These documents are issued through defined processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and appropriate use. This approach ensures the formula operates as a regulated motorsport class, not an informal or uncontrolled activity.
Decisions are made in the interests of safety, fair competition, long-term sustainability and the wellbeing of drivers and families.
Rulebook & Document Access
The Stoxkarts Rulebook and participation documentation are not published publicly.
Access to controlled documents is provided:

to prospective drivers as part of the licence enquiry process

to registered drivers via the Stoxkarts Drivers Area
All drivers are required to confirm they have been given access to, and have read, the current Rulebook and associated participation documents before applying for or renewing a licence.
