Safety Management
Stoxkarts operates a structured safety management system across all activities and events.
This includes event and activity risk assessments, defined operating procedures, vehicle safety standards, and driver conduct rules. These controls ensure that hazards are identified, risks are managed, and all meetings are conducted in line with accepted motorsport, safeguarding, and welfare standards.
Safety documentation is maintained as controlled material and is issued to relevant parties where appropriate.
Scrutineering & Technical Compliance
All Stoxkarts are subject to mandatory safety and technical compliance checks.
Vehicles may be inspected before meetings, during events, and after races. Checks cover engine specification, vehicle weight, safety equipment, roll cage, bodywork and bumpers, and all controlled components.
This ensures unsafe vehicles do not compete, illegal modifications are prevented, and no competitor gains an unfair technical advantage.
Officials & Stewarding
Stoxkarts meetings are run by appropriately licensed officials and stewards.
Officials are responsible for race control, enforcement of driving and contact rules, incident management, and the application of penalties and disciplinary action. This ensures racing is conducted safely, fairly, and consistently across all events.
Where required, Stoxkarts recognises ORCi licences, officials, and safety standards for sanctioned competition.
Governance & Accountability
Stoxkarts Ltd controls and maintains the official rulebook, technical regulations, licensing requirements, safety and welfare policies, and compliance documentation.
These documents are controlled and issued through defined processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and appropriate use. This approach ensures the formula operates as a regulated motorsport class, not an informal or uncontrolled activity.
Decisions are made in the interests of safety, fair competition, long-term sustainability, and the wellbeing of drivers and families.
