Following the launch of the new website, Stoxkarts can now accept digital online licence applications. For governance and compliance reasons, the application process is completed in two stages: 1. Visit the Rulebook & Licence page This page explains the application process and how to request access to the Rulebook. 2. Receive your access password Once access has been issued, go to the Rulebook & Licence Access page , enter the password, and complete the digital application
