Another exciting weekend of racing at Buxton Raceway has seen both the Junior Young Guns Championship and the Seniors National Points Championship take another step towards deciding this year's champions.
With several meetings still to come, every point is becoming increasingly important as drivers battle for championship honours.

Young Guns Championship
Harvey Haywood has established a commanding lead at the top of the Queen Street Garage Young Guns Championship with 461 points after another strong weekend.
Behind him, the battle for the remaining podium places is becoming increasingly competitive. Archie Pedley sits second on 241 points, while Mason Cooper occupies third on 212. Theo Hemingway completing the current top four.
The fight doesn't stop there. Alfie Allen, Harrison Berkett and Sienna Moss have all reached retirement age which leaves Henry Hammerton and Oliver Shaw still in the top ten. With championship points available at every meeting, positions throughout the standings remain far from settled.
Several newcomers have also made encouraging starts to their Stoxkarts careers, collecting valuable championship points as they continue to gain experience.

Seniors National Points Championship
The Pro-Tec Engineering Services Seniors National Points Championship is proving just as competitive.
Reigning National Points Champion Paul Kaye currently leads the standings with 334 points, but Callum Johnson remains within touching distance on 313, with Andrew Duddy just a further 11 points behind on 302. Liam Powell and Gold Top Champion Freddie Holden complete a very strong top five, ensuring the championship remains wide open.
Richard Howarth and current British Champion Chester Love sit sixth and seventh respectively, both well placed to mount a challenge as the season progresses.
Further down the order, battles are developing throughout the field with only a handful of points separating many competitors. Every heat and final is becoming increasingly important as drivers fight for championship positions.
Plenty Still to Race For
With a number of major championship meetings still ahead, including Track Championships, Grand Prix rounds and the Gold Top qualifying events, there is still a long way to go before any title is decided.
One strong weekend can dramatically change the championship picture, meaning every meeting from this point onwards will carry increasing importance.
Congratulations to every driver who has scored championship points so far this season. We look forward to seeing how both title races unfold over the remainder of the 2026 season.
