Stroxkarts 2026 Licence Forms
The following forms are required to compete in a Stoxkarts race meeting.
You must have read the current Stoxkarts Rulebook before completing any of these forms.By submitting any form on this page, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Stoxkarts Rules and Regulations.

STOXKARTS FULL LICENCE DIGITAL APPLICATION.
To be Completed by all drivers both Junior and Senior.
New Drivers Both Junior and Senior
You need to complete the Digital Stoxkarts Licence form and declaration. Download and print off the SX/6 Medical Form and SX/7 Flags form and bring them with you to your first meeting.
Returning Drivers Both Junior and Senior
You need to complete the Digital Stoxkarts Licence form and declaration. Make sure your SX/6 medical form is up to date. complete an SX/7 Flags form and bring it with you to your first meeting or email it to admin@stoxkarts.co.uk
