Stoxkarts offers proper short-oval contact racing at a controlled cost  but it’s not something to jump into blind.That’s why we run official Stoxkarts Hire Karts at all race meetings.

You don’t get a demo - You don’t get a taster - You get a real race meeting in a real Stoxkart.

WHAT YOU GET – £270

Your hire includes everything required to race:

• Fully race-prepared Stoxkart

• Helmet

• Fire-resistant race suit

• Fire-resistant Balaclava

• Fire-resistant Gloves

• Neck brace

• Raceiver one-way radio system

• Full support from the Stoxkarts Hire Team

• Entry into the official meeting (heats and final)

You turn up and race.We supply the kart, the kit, and the support. You must supply ankle covering footwear.​

 

WHO CAN HIRE

Juniors – ages 11 to 16

• • Adjustable seat and flip pedals

• • Must hold a Junior Stoxkarts Licence before racing

• Must have completed an ORC Competence test

​Seniors – ages 16 to 60*

• Upper age limit waived for drivers holding a current race licence in another formula

• Must hold a Stoxkarts Day Licence

All drivers must meet Stoxkarts safety and competence standards before racing.

 

HIRE AVAILABILITY

To keep hire fair and accessible:

• Only 2 hire karts per meeting

• First come, first served

• Maximum 2 hire meetings per driver per season (except for double-header weekends)

This ensures more people get the chance to try Stoxkarts.​​​
