Drivers page Swap over.

This will be the last post on this page. All new driver only updates etc. will only be posted in the new members area.

Why Are We Moving to a Registered Drivers Area? We're changing the way drivers access certain parts of the Stoxkarts website, moving away from shared passwords and hidden pages to a members-only Registered Drivers Area.

The full switchover will take place on 1 November 2026.

There are several reasons for this.

We previously used the Registered Drivers Facebook Page for race meeting bookings and driver updates. However, changes made by Meta, along with the amount of time needed to administer the Page, made it increasingly difficult to manage. That's why we decided to move everything onto our own website, where we have more control over how things work.

This year, we've received a number of bogus race meeting bookings, including entries from Max Verstappen and Kyle Busch! While amusing at first, these create unnecessary administration and make it harder to manage genuine bookings.

In future, race meeting bookings will be made through the Registered Drivers Area, where access is limited to approved members.

Another problem with the existing system is that once someone has the password, they can continue accessing the Drivers Area even if they no longer race Stoxkarts. The only way to prevent this is to change the password and inform every remaining driver each time someone leaves.

With individual accounts, we can simply remove access when a driver leaves the formula, without affecting anyone else.

It also means that at the end of each season, we can clear the list of approved members and approve drivers again as they apply for their new season's licence. This ensures access is limited to current registered drivers.

Hidden website pages aren't necessarily private either. Their URLs can sometimes be discovered through search engines, web crawlers or shared links. Using individual approved accounts gives us much better control over access.

The new area will also contain driver updates, documents and other information relevant to registered drivers, keeping everything together in one place.

Drivers under 18 will access the area through an account held by their parent or guardian.

What Do Drivers Need to Do?

All drivers who wish to continue accessing driver information will need to register for an account on the Stoxkarts website.

  • Visit the Stoxkarts website and select Log In / Sign Up.

  • Choose Sign Up and enter your details to create an account.

  • If you're registering on behalf of a Junior driver under 18, the account must be in the name of a parent or guardian. Enter the Junior driver's name in the relevant field.

  • Once you've registered, we'll check your details and approve your account. Access to the Registered Drivers Area is not automatic.

  • Once approved, you can log in using your own details to view driver updates, access documents and book in for race meetings.

Parents or guardians with more than one Junior driver only need one account.

Please register before 1 November 2026 so we have time to approve your account before the switchover.

This Is the Final Update on this Old Drivers Page

The new Registered Drivers Area has already been running for the past couple of weeks. During that time, we've been posting updates in both areas to make sure everyone stays informed while drivers register for the new system.

This will be the last update posted on the existing password-protected Drivers Page.

From now on, all driver updates and information will be posted in the new Registered Drivers Area only.

The old Drivers Page will be deleted on 1 November 2026, when the switchover is completed.

If you haven't registered yet, please do so now, otherwise you will no longer be able to access driver updates.

It's not about making things more complicated. It's about preventing bogus bookings, keeping information restricted to current drivers and making the website easier for us to manage.
