First Time Day Licence/ Hire Driver OVER 18.
You need to download, print and complete Form SX/3 Stoxkarts Day Licence and SX/7 Flags. You need to bring these with you to your first meeting.
First Time Day Licence/ Hire Driver UNDER 18.
You need to download, print and complete Form SX/3 Stoxkarts Day Licence, SX/4 Parent Guardian agreement and SX/7 Flags. You need to bring these with you on the day.
Existing Senior Drivers OVER 18. You need Form SX1, Senior Stoxkarts Licence and 2 passport photos.
Existing Senior Drivers UNDER 18. You need an SX1 an SX/4 Stoxkarts Parent consent form and 2 passport photos.
NEW Senior Drivers OVER 18. You need Forms SX1, Stoxkarts Senior Licence Form, SX7 Flags form with 2 passport photos
NEW Senior Drivers UNDER 18. You need an SX1, Senior Stoxkarts Licence forn, an SX/4 Parent consent form, an SX/7 flags form with 2 passport photos.
Existing Junior Drivers. You need an SX2, Stoxkarts Junior Licence form with 2 passport photos.
NEW Junior Drivers. You need an SX/2 Junior Licence Form, SX7 Flags form along with a copy of Your Birth Certificate and 2 Passport photos.

We do not accept digital applications. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
Remember to update your SX/6 Medical information. You keep this form, DO NOT include it with your licence.
