The safety and enjoyment of everyone at Stoxkarts is important.

Parents and Guardians

Your children are your responsibility at all times, both during and after racing. They must be supervised appropriately throughout the event.

The legal age for drinking alcohol in the UK is 18. Any underage drinking will be dealt with seriously and may result in those involved being asked to leave the stadium or being refused permission to race the following day.

Buxton – This Weekend

Mr Watson has informed us that people connected with Stoxkarts caused problems at the stadium last weekend. He will not tolerate it, and neither will we.

At the end of the meeting, the only places anyone should be are:

• The pits • The bar/marquee • Walking directly to and from the toilets

Anyone found elsewhere without good reason will be reported and may be asked to leave.

Noise and Respect for Others

Following recent double-headers at Scotland and Skegness, we have received complaints about excessive noise and music late into the evening.

This stops now.

If you want to sit up chatting, that's your choice, but keep the noise down and respect those around you who want to sleep.

No music is permitted after midnight.

Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in people being asked to leave and could affect future overnight stays.

Please remember that Stoxkarts has a good reputation with promoters when it comes to stopovers. That reputation allows us certain privileges, including:

• Staying at stadiums the night before events.

• Leaving trailers overnight.

• Using workshop facilities.

• Other arrangements that many formulas do not receive.

Please help keep it that way.

We will not allow the actions of a few to spoil it for everyone else.

All adults have a responsibility to help safeguard children and young people attending our events.

If you have any concerns regarding the welfare or safety of a child or young person, please report it immediately to a Stoxkarts official.
